Joe Simmons is a native of Jacksonville, N.C. He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and has earned a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina A&T State University. He is a local story teller and has converted one of his popular tales ‘The Hand’ into his first short story.
